Cuisine

Experience luxury resort cuisine at Cibolo Creek Ranch. Earning accolades from food critics, travel writers and guests, our authentic southwestern menus deliver flavor and flair. Inspired by Mexico’s renowned chef, teacher, and author, Patricia Quintana, our executive culinary team skillfully infuses traditional dishes with distinctive elements from other regions of the world. The fare features fresh produce, meats and seasonings to create an elegant and delicious plate.

Meals, served family style, are one of the highlights of a Cibolo Creek Ranch stay.  Guests enjoy meeting new friends and sharing their daily ranch and West Texas experiences with one another.

Reservations required for lunch and dinner and may be available to outside guests based on Resort occupancy.  Call 432-729-6654 to inquire.

Dining

Our main dining area is on a veranda featuring floor to ceiling windows and is located just off the Saltillo-tiled kitchen. With lake and mountain views, the ranch-style dining room features large communal tables and plenty of entertaining company.

On special evenings, meals are served in the Great Hall of the 1857 Adobe Cibolo Fort, which comfortably seats up to 45 people. Additionally, depending on the season, we can provide al fresco dining to small groups under the ivy arbor by the pool. You can also request a picnic meal to take with you as you explore our 30,000-acre property by foot, horseback or ATV.
