Dining at The Ranch: When and Where
Our main dining area is on a veranda just off the Saltillo-tiled kitchen. With lake and mountain views, the ranch-style dining room features large communal tables and plenty of entertaining company.
On special evenings, meals are served in the Great Hall of the 1857 Adobe Cibolo Fort, which comfortably seats up to 45 people. Additionally, depending on the season, we can provide al fresco dining to small groups under the ivy arbor by the pool. You can also request a picnic meal to take with you as you explore our 30,000-acre property by foot, horseback or ATV.
The Wine Cellar: Fine Wines at the Ranch
Enjoy international and domestic wines from our distinguished wine collection, assembled to satisfy discriminating tastes. Select from a list of domestic and international wines that are stored in a temperature-controlled environment to enhance your meal. For refreshing drinks before or after your evening meal, we have a selection of domestic and Mexican beer (non-alcoholic beer is also available), margaritas and mixed drinks.
Our kitchen is open daily for breakfast, lunch, hors d’oeuvres and dinner:
- Breakfast – 7:30 a.m. to 10 a.m.
- Lunch – 1 p.m.
- Hors d’oeuvres and cocktails – 6:30 p.m.
- Dinner – 7:30 p.m.
